The Portland Mercury’s Burger Week returns every August with dozens of restaurants, bars and brewhouses across Portland offering one-of-a-kind burgers for only $8. These special edition burgers are designed especially for The Mercury's Portland Burger Week and are only available for one week, so dig in while you can.

Tips for Portland Burger Week:

• Be patient if there are lines.
• Don't forget to tip
• Go beyond the burger and try some new beers and sides.
