The Odd Couple
The following description was submitted by the event organizer.
By Neil Simon. Directed by Pat Patton. Title Sponsor: Bill and Barbara Warner. Directorial Sponsor: The Springs Living in Lake Oswego
Two bachelots. One apartment. Zero in common.
Felix, an uptight news writer, is thrown out of his house by his wife and moves in with his friend Oscar, a slovenly sportswriter. The two must learn to get along as roommates, as Felix’s neuroticism and Oscar’s carelessness hilariously clash. With “fresh and unexpected insights into human nature,” Simon’s classic comedy stands the test of time with a script that leaves no dull moments and provides lots of laughs.
