Here, you'll learn to make a traditional rolled yule log cake, but with a more sophisticated flavor and texture and none of those cheesy meringue mushrooms. Recipes and techniques covered in this class include:

  • Chocolate Biscuit
  • Italian Buttercream
  • Pastry Cream (in the microwave)

This dessert is gluten free.
