The Albina Soul Revue highlights the legacy of soul music in Portland’s Albina district. The event features elders from this lost era in Portland’s music history performing in concert with support from a new generation of our city’s jazz musicians. All original selections of Albina’s 1960s and 1970s music will be performed. Through the preservation efforts of the Albina Music Trust, this event amplifies the music and memories of this historic musician community with audiences today
