
The Original Goat Yoga Experience

Part yoga, part animal-assisted therapy. Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day-to-day stress and depression and focusing on happy vibes.
Beginner-level yoga class taught with the company of goats. 30 minutes of yoga followed by Goat Happy Hour which is free time with goats to take pictures and enjoy goat cuddles. The class is held inside a cozy barn in inclement weather and outdoors when it’s nice out. It can be chilly, so it is recommended to dress in layers.
*No yoga experience needed. Due to limited parking, carpooling is highly encouraged. Please arrive 10-15 minutes to check-in for class.
5/11— Mother’s Day Mini-Retreat: with punch and brunch bites during Goat Happy Hour. Treat your favorite mom, yourself or that special person who always helps you grow to be the best version of you.
