NW Marine Art Works Open Studios

NW Marine Art Works (NWMAW) is opening its studios for its annual Open Studios + Holiday Market. This one-of-a-kind event provides the opportunity to visit the studios where art is created and shop directly from makers this holiday season. With more than 75 local artists and artisans participating, visitors are sure to find gift items for everyone on their list. From jewelry and apparel to paintings and printmaking, ceramics, photography, sculpture, accessories and housewares — it’s all there.
Warm drinks will be available to ease the chill, but this is a large industrial building, so be sure to bundle up.
You’ll also want to check out Staver Locomotive’s “Winter Steam Up.” Located just across the street from the studios and runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Get the word out to friends and family to support your local artist community. This vibrant event demonstrates that Portland's art scene is alive and well.
