Portland Shopping (Tax-free)

Here in Portland, you'll find everything you expect in world-class shopping - except the sales tax.

What you see is what you get in Portland. Since there’s no sales tax in Oregon, the price you see on an item is the price you pay at the register. Which only begs the question: Isn’t shopping a whole lot more fun without taxes taking a bite out of your travel budget?

And to give you another excuse to shop, our merchants have created some enticing offers. Take advantage of the year-round Portland Big Deal package, through which you can enjoy great discounts with some of Portland's top retailers.
