Difficult Conversations With Visitors: Best Practices With Travel Portland and FINN Partners
Travel Portland invites you to join us and PR agency FINN Partners for a hybrid workshop on Feb. 16 from 1–2 p.m. to learn how to respond to difficult questions posed by visitors regarding livability, safety and houselessness. Those who want to attend in person can join us at our downtown office (100 SW Main St., 11th Floor); a link will be emailed out the week of the event for those who want to join virtually. Light refreshments will be provided.
