Networking at Cargo: An Evening of Stories, Connection and Community
Pacific NW Experience invites you to join them at Cargo to network with fellow industry peers over tasty bites provided by Shalom Y’all and wines provided by Arborbrook Vineyard. Cargo brings together an eclectic mix of shops and artisans, offering everything from handcrafted goods to globally inspired treasures.
Attendees will learn how storytelling plays a role in shaping community from three speakers: Bridgid Blackburn of Cargo, Patrick Leonard of Postcard Bookshop and a representative from Literary Arts, which hosts the annual Portland Book Festival. Local booksellers Two Rivers Bookstore, Grand Gesture Books and Monograph Bookwerks will also share information about how to support Portland’s literary ecosystem.
Don’t forget to bring a friend to this event designed for folks working or volunteering in the hospitality and tourism industry, especially frontline professionals. Attendees can also enter a raffle to win a fabulous prize!
