Extranet Training for Hotel Partners
Travel Portland will host a virtual training on our Partner Portal, also known as “the Extranet.” In this training, we’ll cover how to:
- Efficiently navigate the portal
- Assign and respond to sales leads
- Report group pick-up
- Manage your hotel property’s contacts
- Access the city lead log and convention calendar
A Q&A session will follow the live demo.
This training is open to Lead-Eligible hotel partners only and geared toward those working in Sales and Events. Please encourage your team members to attend as appropriate.
