Each holiday season, PDX Pop-Up Shops bring fresh energy and unique finds to downtown Portland, and this year’s lineup is one of our most exciting yet. From Oregon Wagyu beef, the best of Oregon wine, to matcha and Native-caught salmon, there’s plenty to savor.
