Portland was a very attractive destination for our participants. The Oregon Convention Center (OCC) is well located and reasonably easy to access by our participants from hotels in the city. Travel Portland was a key partner throughout the full planning process and onsite experience.

Portland's hotel inventory is booming; new developments include a 600-room convention headquarter hotel, which opened in December 2019.

The funky, friendly and artsy vibe of the city, and its extremely animated residents, added energy and entertainment to our event. Attendees left feeling they had visited an ‘American destination’ in the Pacific Northwest instead of having just attended another technical meeting in a metro area.
