For groups with 25–300 rooms on peak for two or more consecutive nights, choose up to five incentive options based on the scope outlined below. Travel Portland proudly supports this promotion by offering hosted site visits for qualifying customers.
Every qualifying group will receive site visit planning and coordination support (airfare included) as noted below:
- 25–100 peak room nights: planning and coordination support only
- 101–200 peak room nights: one airline ticket, up to $1,000
- 201–300 peak room nights: two airline tickets, up to $1,000 each

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This offer is valid for new bookings only and must be contracted by May 29, 2026 and is applicable to groups with stay dates in June 2026, November 2026, February 2027, May 2027, June 2027 or September 2027.
- Properties may offer additional dates based on hotel availability.
- Lead Source Requirement: Leads must be registered with Travel Portland prior to contract signing, and the booking must be confirmed through Travel Portland’s sales team. Any bookings not sourced through Travel Portland are not eligible for this incentive.
- Room Block Requirements: Groups must book a minimum of 25 rooms on the peak night, up to a maximum of 300 rooms on the peak night for two or more consecutive nights, to qualify for this incentive.
- Rebate Details: The 5% rebate on the total spend will be calculated on the final master bill, excluding discounted AV rental, taxes, gratuities, and other service charges. The rebate will be applied as a credit to the master account after the conclusion of the event.
- Food & Beverage Minimum: Meeting room rental fees will be waived provided the group meets the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum as agreed upon by hotel.
- Complimentary Rooms: Complimentary room nights (1 per 30 booked) and room upgrades are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of contract signing. 1 complimentary room night per 30 actualized room nights at the group rate provided Group has met their minimum Guest Room Revenue commitment.
- AV Discount & Wi-Fi: The 15% AV equipment discount applies only to in-house AV equipment. Labor and additional services are not included. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in designated meeting spaces only. Complimentary Wi-Fi in meeting space will be 5mbps.
- Loyalty Points: Double loyalty points are available for eligible planners and third parties. Points will be awarded after the event’s conclusion and final payment settlement. Loyalty points are subject to the respective hotel brand program requirements. This is only available at hotels with existing loyalty reward programs.
- Program Modification: Travel Portland reserves the right to modify or discontinue this incentive program at any time without prior notice.
- All bookings made before any such modification or discontinuation will be honored per the original agreement.
- Contract Terms: All bookings under this incentive program are subject to hotel availability, and standard contract terms and conditions will apply.
- VIP upgrades with welcome amenities: Limited to 1 VIP per 30 rooms booked.
