PIR is a multi-use park built around a two-mile road course, drag strip and motocross track. The facility has much to offer, encompassing 300 acres of park areas suitable for car shows, bike races, company picnics, running events and more. Easy access to PDX and downtown hotels; adjacent to I-5 and MAX.

PIR hosts a great number of different kinds of events, often with multiple events going on at the same time. Rental rates vary depending upon the kind of event, space needs and whether or not the event demands exclusive use of the property.

Options include the entire PIR facility including the road course or drag strip, two 250,000-square-foot paved paddocks, two towers (with several rooms for up to about 30 people for classroom presentations) and on-site parking for approximately 3,000 vehicles.

But, it’s not just for cars and motorcycles anymore. PIR has become a popular venue for bike and footraces, using the two-mile flat and fast road course, alone or in combination with exterior roads for a longer lap. It is also an exciting, unique environment for corporate events and fund-raisers.

Also available is the South Paddock and Chalet Village, a blacktop area ideal for cone or slalom driving and cycling events. The adjacent six-acre grassy Chalet Village is a sunny spot surrounded by trees that’s perfect for a cruise-in, company picnic or anything that requires a large area with an outdoorsy feel.

Looking to hold a corporate team-building event, car-club day or just rent the track with a few friends? Try the Road Course and Pro Paddock. The Pro Paddock is where the pros set up shop and ready their vehicles for the big races — it’s available for a day of racing excitement.
