The Oregon Convention Center (OCC) is one of the largest meeting venues in the Pacific Northwest. It offers 255,000 square feet (23,690 sq m) of contiguous exhibit space, 52 meeting rooms, two grand ballrooms, full-service catering and an 800-space underground parking garage. A momentous $40 million renovation project completed in 2019 reimagined and remodeled numerous public spaces throughout the venue to improve accessibility for event attendees, provide more flexible and transformable space options, and elevate design aspects. Visitors can get to and from the downtown hotel core and Portland International Airport with ease via the light rail and streetcar. And with the newly constructed Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center, guests can now conveniently stay only steps away.

The OCC strives to be the most sustainable convention center in the world — and the first choice as a venue for green meetings. In 2004, it became the first convention center anywhere to earn LEED certification for existing buildings. It was certified as Silver in 2008 and achieved Platinum LEED status in 2014. It also features one of the highest-producing solar power arrays ever installed on a U.S. convention center: 6,500+ solar panels produce more than 25% of the facility’s electricity. Low-flow water fixtures save 1.2 million gallons of water each year, and renewable energy offsets are purchased for 100% of the electricity and natural gas used in the building.

Inspired by the region and located in the heart of Portland, the OCC is a gathering place for guests to share their ideas and shape the future of our world.
