The Exchange Ballroom is a modern meeting space conveniently located in Portland’s Central Eastside; walking distance from the Oregon Convention Center and one block from the Portland Streetcar line. With neutral walls and a column-free, open floor plan, the Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 325 guests standing, can adapt to a variety of seating styles and production levels. A two-level Foyer is included with all Ballroom rentals, perfect for accommodating coat checks, registration tables or casual mingling. Additionally, our outdoor rooftop space offers standing receptions up to 140 guests with expansive downtown skyline views.
