Coopers Hall
Coopers Hall is both an urban winery and a taproom pouring up to 44 taps of wine, beer, cider and more. The taproom includes a full-service kitchen serving rotisserie-cooked meats and savory sides.
An urban winery housed in a mid-century Quonset hut, Coopers Hall tells the story of where Portland has been and where it is going. Whether booking a small gathering on the mezzanine, a cocktail party or daytime lecture in the barrel room, or a client appreciation dinner within our whole space, an event at Coopers Hall means individuality and distinction.
Guests can peek into the workings of a winery while enjoying the modern industrial design of the space. A Central Eastside location places you minutes from downtown and the convention center. At Coopers Hall, the commitment to guest care is paralleled only by the dedication to sustainability in the kitchen and wine production, highlighting the food and wine that the Willamette Valley offers.

The winery will broaden keg wine diversity by sourcing and blending wines and will also facilitate “keg processing” for other regional wineries interested in a keg endeavor.
