Terms & Conditions
This promotional offer applies to Groups contracting with the Oregon Convention Center and one or more Portland hotels in the Tourism Improvement District. Group meeting dates must occur between 1/1/2025–12/31/2030. Valid for new business only, not applicable to previously contracted business. Sales leads must originate from the Travel Portland Convention Sales team. To qualify for this promotion, groups must meet the minimum number of peak room nights:

A letter of intent, convention center and headquarters hotel contracts must be signed by May 31, 2024.
A $5 hotel rebate on all revenue-generating room nights will be collected by the Visitor Development Fund and applied to convention expenses. Hotels will provide an additional $5 hotel rebate per fully paid occupied room night at the contracted guest room rate (within the block). The organization will collect them within 60 days of departure.
Oregon Convention Center incentives provide:
- Up to 1 Mbps per device for casual Wi-Fi connectivity. Coverage area is available in booked meeting rooms, ballrooms, lobbies, common areas, show and offices (exhibit hall space not included). Options to upgrade to premium and customized services are available.
- Complimentary show management meals over the show dates from staff menus.
- The branding package includes free branding area rental for banners, window clings, escalators, and elevator decals (does not include digital signage).
Participating hotels’ incentives provide:
• 70% attrition on contracted guest room minimums.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi in meeting space (up to 20 mbps).
• 10% discount on published banquet menu pricing.
• 20% discount on in-house audio-visual pricing, provided the in-house company is the sole provider of AV within the hotel’s meeting space.
Headquarters Hotel will provide a complimentary board meeting for up to 15 people, based on hotel availability. The contracted headquarters hotel will provide complimentary meeting space for one board meeting for up to 15 people, based on hotel availability. Reduced pricing for guestrooms, audiovisual support, food, and beverages are at the hotel’s discretion.
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers from Travel Portland. Travel Portland reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
