This multipurpose arena — with a capacity of just over 20,000 — is home to the Portland Trail Blazers. It also hosts a wide variety of events, concerts and more.
As the home of the Portland Trail Blazers and the host of other sporting events, major concerts, conventions, trade shows and more, Moda Center accommodates events of all sizes and can meet a wide variety of needs. The arena has a maximum capacity of nearly 20,000, or choose the “Theater of the Clouds” configuration for a more intimate setting appropriate for groups of up to 6,000. Moda Center’s state-of-the-art sound system features unique “clouds” that can be rotated to absorb or reflect sound to fine-tune the arena’s acoustics. Six banquet rooms are also available.
The Rose Quarter Commons, Portland’s largest outdoor public plaza, connects Moda Center and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum; it can accommodate up to 5,000 people for outdoor events, making it a great fit for festivals, fairs, intimate concerts, entertaining VIPs and more. Nearby, you’ll find convenient access to MAX Light Rail, Portland Streetcar and TriMet bus service.
