Nestle in and fill your head with thoughts enough to pack the minimalist airplane-hanger-sized space in which this hip coffee shop resides.
ROAST: El Gorrion (El Salvador)
DRINK: Pour over
FLAVOR: Rich, fruity aroma; well balanced
One is left with less than even the shadow of a doubt that coffee - as a culture, a business, a liquid - is nothing if not a form of artistic expression.
ROAST: "Eleven of Spades" house blend
FLAVOR: Silky smooth; dark chocolate, fruit
Bright lights from the many windows, bright notes for such a dark roast... the espresso is as pleasing as the essence exuded by the flower shop in the corner.
ROAST: "Won't Get Fooled Again" dark roast
FLAVOR: Chocolate and cherries; rich and smooth
