Rose City Pep presents Little Roses, Big Lights, a spectacular performance for youth who are striving to be Stars.
The piece Rose City Pep Academy will present to this year’s light festival is the opening of the new season, “Bring it to the Rose.” This will be the first performance of the year, and The Roses are thrilled.
