Celebrate the holiday season on SE Foster. Join local businesses, neighbors, and Franklin High School band and choir students and bring some holiday cheer to the Foster area business district. Join for free hot cocoa and cider. Franklin High School band and choir students will perform Christmas carols along the adjacent sidewalks.
