Exposed [storytelling]
The following description was submitted by the event organizer.
Three courageous storytellers will take the stage, ready to share the parts of their lives that society whispers they should keep to themselves. Their stories are more than narratives; they are confessions, lessons, and raw emotions laid bare. This is not an open mic; the stories were submitted by the people in your community and read by those who lived through these experiences. These stories are designed to be vibrant and intense, pushing you past what makes you comfortable and reminding you that you are not alone, that everyone has a story to tell.
With each show, the host, Juice, bridges the gap between audience members, creating a space designed to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable, and to build narrative as they bring levity into an evening of emotional extremes. By allowing yourself to open your mind and hold those brave enough to get on stage, you can find growth often reserved for therapy. Everyone is connected. Welcome to the community of EXPOSED.
Be warned, boundaries will be pushed and tears will be shed.
