Sippin' on Sixth Sippin Santa Holiday Pop-Up

Sippin’ on Sixth is coming back to Oregon for another tiki spin on the festive season. Santa is getting tropical with an over-the-top pop-up bar.
Created by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, the bar is now serving festive cocktails in over-the-top holiday mugs and glassware, complete with tropical decorations. On top of the vibes, drinks, and food, each weekend will be filled with special holiday experiences (photos with Santa, anyone?).
Sample drinks like the “Merry Spritzmas” (prosecco, aperitif, tawny port, cognac, lemon, falernum, fig preserves, cardamom bitters) and “Yule Tide” (tequila, applejack, lime, maple-cranberry syrup). Santa gets in the spirit with the “Frosty the Merman” (rye, vanilla-clove syrup, lime, pear and apricot and all-spice liqueurs) served in a playful mermaid-inspired cup, and the “Silent Nightcap” shot (dark chocolate, mint and orange liqueurs, espresso). There will also be a full menu, including Pot Stickers with spicy Ponzu sauce, doughnut holes dusted with Li Hing Mui, and crispy chicken katsu.
