Field and Vine Events are known for farm-to-table family-style dining and are teaming up with Rosse Posse Acres and enjoy an incredible dinner at their property.
At Rosse Posse Elk Farm in Mollala. Under the warm cover of the barn, you’ll sip wine, relax, and dine at long community tables amidst the hay, the scent of wine lingering and tantalizing your every taste bud. You’ll enjoy stimulating conversation, laughter, and six courses crafted to pair perfectly with these approachable, tasteful wines as you sip away. As you relax into the hum of the evening, the wild elk roaming gracefully about the farm, Twill Cellars will share secrets from the vine, Alan and Brenda Ross wax about their 52-acre ( 21 ha) elk ranch and the pride of working with these beautiful animals, and Chef-Owner Pascal Chureau with his own titillating industry secrets.
Pamplin Family Winery was founded to pursue a singular goal – to craft the finest Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines with grapes sourced from the top vineyards in the Columbia Valley Appellations of Horse Heaven Hills, Red Mountain, Rattlesnake Hills and Walla Walla Valley. The vision for this winery is a collaborative effort between Bob Pamplin and his son-in-law Art North, who share a passion for great wine. They are a family-owned and operated winery dedicated to handcrafting superior quality wines through uncompromising attention to detail in the vineyards and winery.
Campfire Farms is a small producer of pasture-raised pork and poultry in Oregon's Willamette Valley, founded in 2015 by Christina and Zach Menchini. Their mission is to give their animals life as free of stress as possible and produce meat of the highest quality for the community.
