Not only are flowers pretty to look at and a vital food source for bees, but they also hold a sacred power. Deep within the dainty and brightly colored petals of a flower lies its spirit. This spirit can help us in ways other forms of herbal medicine cannot. Flower essences are a type of flower remedy that acts as a guide to help us navigate our emotional and spiritual realms. In this class, we will learn what a flower essence is, ways to use them, and how to make your own flower essence. Each person will also be able to make their personal flower essence to bring home with them.
