In this hands-on cooking class, you'll make your traditional rolled yule log cake but with a more sophisticated flavor and texture and none of those cheesy meringue mushrooms. (This just happens to be gluten free!) Recipes and techniques include:

  • Chocolate Biscuit
  • Italian Buttercream
  • Pastry Cream (in the microwave)
