Join up for detox + retox at Ecliptic Brewing for a Sunday morning class in their taproom before they open to the public. This Yoga + Beer event will begin with a 75-minute, all-levels, flow yoga class taught by Beer Yogi and Yoga Instructor, Mikki Trowbridge. After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy a pint. Lunch will also be available for purchase. Your registration includes practice and your first pint. 

Things to know: 

Class size is limited; it's recommended to register ahead. Food is available for purchase after class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible. Please bring your own mat if you can, although there will always be extras to borrow. Please read the refund policy before registering.
