Gigantic Brewing in Portland hosts Yoga + Beer on the second Monday of each month. Their barrel room provides the perfect mellow Monday vibes for a refresh at the end of your day. This Yoga + Beer event will begin with a 75-minute, all-levels flow yoga class, taught by Beer Yogi and yoga instructor Mikki Trowbridge. After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy a pint. Your registration includes your first pint of beer.

Things to know:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible. 
• Please bring your own mat if you can, although there will be extras to borrow.
