Vincent Fritzsche, owner and winemaker at Vincent, has decade of experience making wine in Oregon. Since 2009, he has been putting that experience to use making low-input wines, letting local Pinot Noir grapes become wine without a lot of fuss.
Vincent is part of the Southeast Wine Collective, founded in 2012. The tasting bar features six wines from Collective member wineries, guest pours from other local wineries, cheese, charcuterie, and “daily bites,” concocted to pair perfectly with wines in the collective tasting flight. The Collective is open Wednesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
