Roman Candle Baking Co. is a neighborhood bakery off SE Division Street, opened by Stumptown Coffee Roasters founder, Duane Sorenson as his third restaurant in The Woodsman Group, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Roman Candle offers a variety of sweet and savory pastries, avocado toasts and Stumptown coffee. For lunch and dinner, Roman-style pizza bianca is served by the slice, half or whole slab and is available for delivery starting at 5pm. During lunch, rotating vegetable salads and sandwiches are available, including Ava Gene’s popular “Tuscan Cavalry” kale salad. Roman Candle is open seven days a week from 7am – 9pm.
