Created by Jenn Louis, named one of Food & Wine’s “Best New Chefs,” Ray (formerly Lincoln) offers traditional Israeli cuisine and a comfortable atmosphere. Dishes are placed on a lazy Susan in the center of the table, allowing guests to sample from a variety of dishes, including cured salmon with turmeric pickles and fried quail with pomegranate molasses, date and mint.
