The House of Reptiles retail pet store opened its doors in 2006. There are close to 200 animals representing over 100 different species for prospective pet owners to consider. We have the largest and most spectacular collection of these kinds of animals in the Pacific Northwest. Having collected a good number of venomous animals over the years, we decided to take a portion of our retail store and turn it into a venomous reptile museum. We opened the museum in February 2012. There is a small admission fee of $3.00 for people 13 and over, and annual single and family passes are also available. We will typically have between 20 and 30 animals (reptiles and a couple invertebrates) on exhibit in the museum.
The museum opens every day at noon and closes when the store closes.
