As the official destination marketing organization for the City of Portland, Travel Portland aims to position Portland as a competitive, innovative and compelling sense of place for visitors while creating a positive economic impact for residents.
About this process:
In 2016, Travel Portland embarked on a planning process with Resonance Consultancy to help us define a destination development strategy that will guide the long-term planning and design of Portland as a tourism destination. This plan will also ensure that we manage visitation growth in a sustainable manner.
