12. Sandland Adventures

The Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area is an impressive natural wonder of towering dunes and endless shifting sands. Take an exciting sand rail tour with the choice of half hour or hour trips. The newest sand rail in our fleet is pictured above. For those who seek a more leisurely ride, try the hour-long giant dune buggy tour traveling through 8 miles of dunes and 2 miles of beach. Fun for all ages, families and groups. Extend your fun with go-karts, miniature golf, bumper boats, a train ride and the gift shop. Located one hour west of Eugene on Hwy. 101. Open daily at 9 a.m. Closing time varies with season. Reservations recommended during summer months.
