TriMet Buses: Getting Around Portland

On the TriMet bus system, which covers the city and its suburbs thoroughly, you'll find low fares, friendly drivers and full wheelchair accessibility. And since most buses are now equipped with bike racks, mass transit is more user-friendly for the cycling set.

9 – Broadway (Lloyd District, Alberta Arts District)

14 – Hawthorne (Hawthorne Boulevard, Mt. Tabor Park)

15 – Belmont/NW 23rd (Belmont Street, Northwest Portland, JELD-WEN Field)

19 – Woodstock (Sellwood)

20 – Burnside (Central Eastside, “Restaurant Row”)

63 – Washington Park (International Rose Test Garden, Japanese Garden, Oregon Zoo, Portland Children’s Museum, World Forestry Center Discovery Museum, Hoyt Arboretum)

Washington Park Shuttle
The Washington Park Shuttle stops at all the park's major attractions, as well as the Washington Park MAX Station (served by the Blue and Red MAX lines and Bus 63).

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the shuttle runs every 25 minutes from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. daily. Between Labor Day and Oct. 31, and between May 1 and Memorial Day, the shuttle runs on weekends only.
