PDX Jazz Festival 2008

The 2008 Portland Jazz Festival (Feb. 15 -24) is a 10-day festival that celebrates Portland, Jazz and Black History Month with over 150 events including educational programs, ticketed shows and free performances featuring national, regional and local artists.
