Portland Spirit River Cruises

Portland Spirit cruises are ideal for breakfast/lunch/dinner meetings or corporate-sponsored events. Each vessel offers elegant atmosphere, superb service, the finest Northwest cuisine and live entertainment.

The Portland Spirit offers one-deck rentals, full-boat charters or public group reservations. The vessel’s Willamette Deck (boarding level) provides a full-service bar, piano, galley and restrooms. The Columbia Deck (midlevel) features a fullservice bar, piano, marble dance floor and outdoor deck. Both decks may be rented for private events during public cruises. The Portland Spirit’s top deck, the Starlight Deck, holds the pilot house and offers great views from a partially covered outdoor seating area.

For smaller functions, the Portland Spirit’s sister ships — the Willamette Star and the Crystal Dolphin — accommodate guests for meal cruises and cocktail receptions. Both ships are available for full-boat charters only.

Another charter or public reservation option is the Outrageous Jetboat. The Outrageous offers a thrilling, highspeed exploration of Portland’s shoreline and bridges and the historic town of Astoria, Ore., as well as the scenic Columbia River Gorge. Another great way to explore that National Scenic Area is aboard the historic Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler, which boards in Cascade Locks. Back in Portland, downtown boarding locations for Portland Spirit’s fleet are convenient to many hotels and to MAX light rail transportation. And convention-goers with a green bent will be pleased to learn that Portland Spirit is the recipient of the 2008 Sustainable Tourism Award (Oregon Governor’s Conference) and a Portland RecycleWorks Award Winner.
